With loving memories we are sad to announce the passing of this humble man that moved so many hearts, on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at his home in Caledonia in his 83rd year. Beloved husband of Laurie for more than 61 years. Loving father to Angela, Deina Carol-Ann (Stephen), Ken (Alison), & Duane (Linda). Dear Papa to Kenny (Wendy), Jackson (Hannah), Chris (Holly), Kirsten (Brad), Leina, & Noah, and Grand-Papa to Paisley. Survived by his brother-in-law Tom (Doris). Predeceased by his five siblings. He will be fondly remembered by 43 nieces & nephews. He contributed decades of service in the community with Kinsmen, K-40, Knights of Columbus, St. Vincent de Paul, & Warm Up Canada. Visitation will take place in the MILLER FUNERAL CHAPEL, Caledonia, on Tuesday, January 10, 2023 from 2 - 4 and 7 - 9 pm. Funeral Mass will take place at St. Patrick’s Church, Caledonia, on Wednesday, January 11, 2023 at 11 am. Cremation to follow. Interment at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations to St. Vincent de Paul or Heart & Stroke would be appreciated by the family.
