SPRATT, Kathryn (Kaye)
Sadly, in her 88th year we announce the passing of Kathryn Spratt. Kaye is preceded by her daughter Patti, son in laws Jamie Cuneo and Rick Mallick, grandchildren Mandi and Jim (Reniewick), Tommy, Maggie and Nathan, Georgia, and Libbysue. Kaye was passionate about family and her community. She was instrumental in countless projects and landmarks within Caledonia from 1951-2020, and continued to be actively involved on many committees well into her 80's. Kaye was the recipient of both the Paul Harris and Lifetime Achievement Award. She will be fondly remembered by her friends and family for her great sense of humour, kind heart, loyalty, resilience, business sense, and her ability to get things done. Nana was an exceptional role model to her grandchildren and one hell of a cook! Reunited with her husband Tom, children Tommy and Susie, brother John (Almas), and parents Eleanor and Fran Almas. Thank you for your endless love and support, we were blessed with the best. Rest in Peace Nana. We love you. A celebration of life will be held Thursday August 11, 2022 from 4-8pm at the Caledonia Lions Hall. In lieu of flowers, if you so choose, donations can be made to the Ron and Nancy Clark Stem Cell Unit at the Juravinski Hospital and Cancer Centre at https://www.hamiltonhealth.ca/memorialgiving.
