McNIVEN, Christine Linda (nee Shaw)
Of Caledonia, ON, left this earth bound for heaven on March 9, 2023 in her 74th year. She left behind her beloved husband of 53 years Robert McNiven. Also left heartbroken are her three children and partners Denise (Bruce), Brad (Mandy) and Kristin (Todd) and her pride and joy, her six grandchildren, Amelia, Carter, Kailyn ,Sean, Chloe and Cooper. She will be truly missed by her siblings and their partners, Mike (Karen), Tim (Heidi), Terry (Theresa) and Kerry (Karl) and her lifelong friends, Vic and Kathy. She is predeceased by her loving parents Joe and Jean Shaw. Christine loved books and was an avid reader who looked forward to the warm weather and summers at the trailer. She loved baseball and was president of the Haldimand Ladies 3-Pitch league for many years. She fought and was stubborn till the very end, as we knew she would. The service will take place in the MILLER FUNERAL CHAPEL, Caledonia on Tuesday, March 14, 2023at 2p.m. with visitation beginning two hours prior at 12p.m. In lieu of flowers donations to your local S.P.C.A or the West Haldimand Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
